Terri has 9 years of experience as a legal administrator and a total of 19 years working in the legal field. In 2000, Terri became a member of ALA and obtained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation through the Society for Human Resource Management. As an active member in PSALA, Terri has served as Cheers! Co-chair (2003-2005), mentor (2003–2005), member of the managing partner dinner committee (2004 & 2008) and member of the local area planning committee for the 2008 ALA International conference in Seattle (2007). Currently, Terri is the Corporate Section Chair (2004-2009). |

Vicki is the Facilities Manager at K&L Gates, an international law firm with over 1,800 lawyers (nearly 200 of which are located in Seattle). She has been with K&L Gates since 1989. In addition to acting as the current Facilities Co-Chair, she is currently serving on the Vendor Relations Committee and the Community Service Committee. For the past 30 years she has worked in the legal industry in the capacity of legal secretary, paralegal, and office administrator. Sharon has been a member of PSALA since 2001 and currently holds the position of Co-Chair of the HR Section and is also on the Compensation Survey Committee. Sharon has previously served as Director of Education, Co-Chair of the Small Firm Section, Co-Chair of the HR Section, and Audio/Video Librarian.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, National Association for Legal Career Professionals and is the Co-Chair of the Human Resources Section and a member of the Compensation Committee for the Puget Sound Association of Legal Adminstrators.
