Association of Legal Administrators – Puget Sound Chapter Encouraging member engagement through a commitment to DEI&A.  

The Puget Sound Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, in partnership with ALA International, is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A).

As a core value of our organization, we advocate and promote DEI&A practices and initiatives within our membership, firms, organizations, and business partnerships.

We honor the diversity of experiences, approaches, and points of view represented in our community. We value the visible and invisible qualities that make each individual who they are.

Building an inclusive culture encourages, supports, and celebrates all voices in our community and connects us on a deeper level with our members and the communities we serve.
