Dr. Jonathan Kanter, Ph.D. from University of Washington, is the director of the Center for the Science of Social Connection (CSSC) of the Department of Psychology at the University of Washington. Over the course of his career, Dr. Kanter has collaborated closely with members of Black, Latino, Muslim and other minority communities across both scientific and social activism efforts, including police brutality, voter engagement, racism and discrimination, mental health stigma, and culturally appropriate psychological treatments.
