PSALA is pleased to present a panel of experts to discuss trends, best practices and tips for AR, collections, profitability analysis and reporting. We will offer a series of three information-packed sessions during this special event, focused on a variety of hot topics.
1) General AR& Collections Panel (Q&A Format), 12:00 – 1:00pm
Come hear what our panel (details below) has to share regarding formalizing AR & collections processes, the new client process, managing WIP and much, much more. Bring your questions!
2) Deep Dive Session I: Profitability Accounting, 1:15pm
Stick around after the panel to hear Jay Erdman discuss why we need Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), when we should measure them, and the how and when of reporting your findings in a format your firm management can understand.
3) Deep Dive Session II: KPIs & Reporting, 2:15pm
In this session, Jay will share ideas on a systematic approach for measuring your firm’s profitability (definition, goals, process, formula, case study).
