Meet the Presenters:

Ann Fish

Relationship Banking Officer, Heritage Bank

Ann originally began her career with Heritage Bank in 2003 where she opened and managed two branches in Sumner and Puyallup. After a brief time away, Ann returned in 2018 as a relationship banking officer specializing in nonprofit relationship account setup and management. Ann is currently the relationship banking officer for several large nonprofits in the King County region, including Archbright and Sea Mar Community Health Center. She is also on the board of the Youth Marine Foundation, which is a nonprofit focused on empowering youth to navigate their future through a marine environment. Ann holds a bachelor’s in human services.

Paul Crawford

Commercial Banking Officer, Heritage Bank

Paul has been in banking for over two decades and has held various roles throughout King and Snohomish counties. His years of experience establishing client relationships and in- depth knowledge of the financial industry allowed him to transition to commercial banking. He primarily focuses on providing lending and banking services to nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses. His goal is to build strong relationships and find financial solutions that best fit his client’s needs. Paul is also passionate about giving back to his community and has served as a board member of various local nonprofits. Currently he serves as the board president for Work Opportunities, an organization that promotes self-determination, self-respect and valued participation in the community for persons with disabilities through work. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University.

Beth Meidinger

Commercial Banking Regional Manager, Heritage Bank

Beth has more than 30 years of experience in retail and commercial banking, providing loans and banking solutions for nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses in the Puget Sound area. Since joining the team in 2015, Beth’s responsibilities involve closely working with her customers to build long term relationships and develop strategies to meet their financial goals. Beth is active in her community as a volunteer with several nonprofit organizations. She also served as board chair for Village Theatre and the Ski For All Foundation and was also a board member of the Northwest Kidney Center. In 2009, Beth graduated from a three-year, masters-level extension program at Pacific Coast Banking School for senior officers in the banking industry. Her ideal day would be spent with her family and grandchildren.
