Reset and Rebuild: Shared Leadership and Connection for the PSALA Chapter Year Ahead
As the Puget Sound ALA Chapter begins a new board year and welcomes new leaders, this interactive luncheon session is designed to help the Chapter pause, reset, and intentionally rebuild together.
Rather than a traditional keynote, this session is structured as a guided, conversation driven experience focused on shared leadership, belonging, and renewed energy. We will explore what strong and sustainable boards look like in practice, how engaged members and business partners contribute to a thriving Chapter, and how small shifts in participation can create meaningful momentum.
The conversation will also connect the Puget Sound ALA Chapter’s local strengths and community impact to the broader mission of the Association of Legal Administrators, reinforcing how Chapters serve as the foundation for leadership development, innovation, and professional growth across the organization.
Attendees can expect reflection, dialogue, and practical takeaways that help set an inclusive, confident, and forward- looking tone for the year ahead. The goal is for everyone in the room to leave with a stronger sense of ownership, connection, and purpose as the Chapter moves into its next chapter together.
