In 2019, Gov. Jay Inslee signed the Washington State Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Trust Act into law, which establishes a new 0.58% tax on employee wages beginning in 2022 to fund state-provided long-term care assistance. There are many considerations for employers as they prepare to comply with this new payroll tax requirement.
We are pleased to offer this member roundtable opportunity to learn more and benefit from the expertise of our valued PSALA Business Partners on this important and rapidly-evolving topic!
