Now that vaccinations are becoming readily available to all adults in Washington State, it’s time to turn our attention to the return of onsite work.

Please join in our HR section meetup for a discussion with HR panelists and roundtable discussions with your HR colleagues to address your questions, such as:

• When do you anticipate returning to 50% and 100% capacity?
• Will you be offering remote, onsite or a hybrid work schedule to employees?  If so, will it be by department, position, or another determining factor? Will you have structured or flexible schedules?
• What Covid policies and procedures are you considering maintaining as part of your “new normal”?
• Will you continue to provide parking?  If so, for how long?  When do you anticipate promoting the use of mass transit?
