Ashley Frisch – Ashley has more than 18 years of experience in the legal industry. She currently provides leadership and strategic direction to all aspects of legal support for Rimon, an international cloud based, full-service law firm, and is our current PSALA HR Section Leader. Some of her responsibilities at Rimon include forecasting firm wide demand for legal support staff, proactively staying abreast of current market trends, and identifying opportunities to improve support models, staffing ratios, legal tech, and legal vendors.
