Over his 25-year career working implementing SharePoint solutions, he has architected enterprise-scale deployments serving organizations of 80,000 employees as well as solutions for small non-profits of 10 staff. Glen has a passion for bringing technology to people in a way that allows them to focus first and foremost on their work and not worry about their tools.

Erin is a Senior Consultant and Microsoft 365 Analyst at Pico Logic, where she helps organizations translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the broader M365 platform. With more than 11 years of consulting experience, she brings a diverse background to designing solutions that align with real-world processes and user expectations. Erin is particularly focused on improving user confidence and adoption, ensuring M365 tools feel intuitive, effective, and tailored to how people actually work.
