About the Event:
Some of us have resumed working in the office, some are experimenting with hybrid work, and others are still considering and making plans for what the future of work looks like in our firms. All of us are faced with changing situations, decision-making and the pressure to maintain productivity. This time of continued transition and ambiguity after nearly two years of navigating the ups and downs of the pandemic – both professionally and personally – can test the patience and resolve of even the calmest and most collected among us!
Last winter and spring, PSALA featured a series of speakers on topics related to mental wellness as part of our Wellness, The New Professional Priority series. Back by popular demand, Darien Fleming will join us again to discuss ways we can re-center, cope and even thrive in this dynamic and changing time.
During our time together, we will explore:
- Focusing on What’s in Your Control
- Building Structure in Your Day
- Reflecting on Past Successes – How Did You Manage Through the Last 18+ Months?
- Your Network – Who Can You Rely On?
- Staying Present
- Open Forum – What Are You Really Struggling With?
