Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to fill a vacancy due to retirement. The Firm Administrator will work closely with the Firm President and Executive Committee to oversee the operations and administration of the law firm in a manner that promotes teamwork and collegiality as well as an appreciation for the diversity and individuality of the firm’s employees. Inslee Best is a mid-sized law firm based in downtown Bellevue. The firm has been providing legal services to clients in the Pacific Northwest for over 50 years, with a dedication to excellence and customer service. The firm’s main areas of practice are litigation, business transactions, real estate, family law, estate planning, municipal, construction and employment. Required

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion and exercise sound judgment at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of people in a team setting
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success in conflict resolution and consensus building
  • Advanced understanding of office management practices, including operations management, financial management, human resources, client relations, business development, compliance and risk management, strategic planning
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and problems in human resources, financial management, facilities, technology and general operations; ability to recommend and implement solutions
  • Solid planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other similar software programs

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance or related field
  • At least five years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in a law firm

Salary Range: $115,000 – $160,000, plus annual discretionary bonus
