July:
CLM Certification: A Conversation on Career Growth – A powerful cross-chapter conversation brought together legal management professionals to discuss evolving workplace strategies. The session sparked meaningful dialogue and laid the groundwork for ongoing collaboration. A discussion in partnership with the Oregon and Golden Gate Chapters about how the Certified Legal Manager (CLM) program can support your long-term career goals and distinguish your expertise. The roundtable also featured Elyssa A. Goldstein, CLM, PHR, SHRM-CP, President-Elect National ALA & member of the New Jersey Chapter.
June:
Joint Book Club with Legal Administrators New York City Chapter (ALANYC): ALANYC DEI team leads, Ayana Lewis or Tina Carter, and for the PSALA chapter, team leads Ginger Rochford and Shevette Floyd.
