Job Summary: The HR Director plays a key role in talent management, engagement, and retention. This position will partner with the firm’s management committee, practice groups, and administrative functions to advise on people-related matters.

Essential Job Duties: Oversee recruiting, staff management, professional development, and D&I programs. Advise firm leadership on HR compliance and people strategy. Lead performance reviews, manage legal support staff, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Experience: 8+ years in professional services (law firm preferred) with HR management experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. HR certification a plus.

Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems. Benefits administration background. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relations.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000-215,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
